I don't know how that translates to the individual owner but costumer service, communication, and repair was something that Freefly was way better than DJI in the past. I will say this DJI has made a real effort, at least in the Rental house front, to step up their costumer service repair and response times. Honestly? I think you should try both of them out one day and see what you prefer because unlike the generation before (when the Movi 10 and Movi 15 were very much superior to the Ronin) it might be too close to call and come down to your individual needs. I do kinda hate the built in feet and how the unit leans forward when balancing but that's more of a personal thing.īoth have some great cable management and have improved their batteries and power outs significantly. Its still heavy and I wouldn't recommend heavy use without some kind of support, but its actually manageable/feasable in compassion to the Ronin 2. Movi Pro is lighter, really well done, "feels" a little more robust, the mimic has been out longer than the DJI version and overall I software stability I give it a slight edge over the Ronin 2 but its limited to around 15lbs and can't really handle awkward payloads all that well. Ready Rig works really well, easy rig works ok, but works better if you invest on a serenity set up. (if all the above is not enough), one question does surround the weight. church of totam illam actionem et querelam quam aliquando movi per. Really unusable without a ready rig or an easy rig. Freefly announce the Movi Pro, a complete overhaul in design to their handheld. Sed ne ecclesia de Kalne ex hoc sentiat jacturam, is qui pro tempore fuerit rector. It has telescoping arms to help with larger payloads (no needs to switch out rods) and all the axes (axises?) are marked which makes repeating balances really easy.īut its fucking heavy as hell. Its really well thought out and has a 35+lbs capacity. Ronin 2 has some great features like huge amounts of torque, graduated worm rings for balancing (no more trying to move 1 mm and mistakenly going too far and fucking up your balance worse) and the ability to lock each axis individually to ease balancing. I used to run a rental house that carries both of them
